1) Intern - Customer Discovery/Development and Benchmarking

 

The DAMP lab is currently looking for a business/marketing student to assist in customer discovery and development for new and existing services being developed on BU’s Campus. The student will be responsible for researching a market base for scientific services and products, as well as researching the customer base of competitors for new targets of advertisement. The position will be heavily focused on new customer discovery and development. The student may be required to make initial contact (cold call) to ascertain interest then pass the conversation to lab technicians. 

 

Job requirements:
   •    Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing
   •    Interest in Biotechnology
   •    Experience with the Biological Sciences enough to understand scientific terms
   •    Experience/education in marketing and customer discovery

   •    Display good interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hours: 10-20 hours a week, flexible schedule
